5 Spot Celtic Shooting Drill

 

 

This is a great drill to work on with a partner.  Note how important shot prep is.  Vary the drill by shooting catch & shoot mid-range, 1 dribble pull-ups going right, and 1 dribble pull-ups going left.  Shooting is our craft, hone it and own it!
